FilterBuy worked fine overall, but finding the right filter size took longer than I expected. The pages loaded okay, but some areas felt a little cluttered and not super easy to sort through. I also got kind of annoyed when I had to get transferred while trying to get help, which made the whole thing feel more frustrating than it needed to be. Checkout was simple enough once I finally got there.

I tried using the discount code and it looked like it was there at first but then once I got to checkout it just vanished again, so it felt like a waste of time and was frustrating.

Installing this was an absolute nightmare. I thought it would be straightforward, but nope, it turned into a full-on battle. By the end, I was questioning every life choice that led me to buy it. Never again

I was disappointed because I couldn’t find my size, which was already annoying. On top of that, everything felt a bit carelessly handled, like there wasn’t much attention put into the overall experience. Not the best impression.

I’ve ordered from Filterbuy a couple times now, and the filters themselves are totally fine. No complaints there. The problem for me has been the shipping, which is really what brought this down to 2 stars. My last order showed it was supposed to arrive in a few days, but then it basically just sat there with no meaningful updates, which is always fun when you actually need the thing.
I ended up having to run out and buy filters locally because I couldn’t just wait around and hope they showed up. Customer service did respond, to be fair, but it didn’t really solve the issue. Maybe they’re fine if you’re not in any rush, but based on my experience, I don’t think I’d count on them again when timing matters.

I tried these for about a week, but dust was still getting through and the air didn’t feel any cleaner. You kind of expect to notice at least a small difference, but I really didn’t.

I ordered a pack of these for my HVAC, and the sizing was spot on. Shipping was smooth too, so no complaints there.

Once they were in use, though, they just didn’t hold up the way I expected. The filters felt a little flimsy and started bowing after a few weeks, and one had the cardboard edge coming loose when I pulled it out. For the price, I’d expect better durability, so I probably won’t buy these again.

The frame wouldn’t sit flat in my unit, so air was slipping around the sides, which pretty much defeats the purpose. I ended up putting my old brand back in. Maybe I just got a bad batch, but for the price, I expected better quality.

The filters arrived, but the box was totally crushed with the corners all bent up. There wasn’t any padding either, they were just loose inside the package. after paying for this, it made me feel a little uneasy about what kind of care went into the order. For the price, I expected much better packaging.

I tried returning my filters it turned into way more of a headache than I expected. Slow responses. Confusing instructions. Still no refund. Frustrating overall, and I don’t see myself ordering from Filterbuy again

I was hoping this would cut down on the dust more, but it’s still dusty around here. Maybe it helped a little? I don’t know... just not really the difference I expected.

Either way, it was frustrating since that was the whole reason I checked them out. I ended up wasting time and ordering from somewhere else.
